How It Works
A straightforward rental process designed around your timescales, your compliance requirements, and your budget.
Simple, Flexible Cleanroom Rental from Start to Finish
Rent Clean Air has built a rental process that removes the complexity from getting a cleanroom operational. From the first conversation through to a fully validated, serviced cleanroom on your site, every stage is managed by our experienced team.
We start by understanding what you need; the application, the timescale, the compliance standards, and the commercial constraints. Based on that, we recommend the most suitable cleanroom system and the rental model that fits your business. There is no long procurement cycle, no drawn-out construction programme, and no need to manage multiple suppliers. We handle the full process under one roof, drawing on Total Clean Air’s engineering capability and accredited validation services to deliver a compliant cleanroom you can rely on from day one.
Designed for Real Business Scenarios
Cleanroom rental is not a compromise. It is a practical, financially efficient way to access compliant controlled environments without tying up capital or committing to permanent infrastructure. Our rental process is built to support a wide range of real-world situations where speed, flexibility, and cost control matter.

How
quickly can a rental cleanroom be deployed?
Timescales depend on the system and your site requirements. Airelab inflatable cleanrooms can be operational within days of agreement. Modulab and Flexilab modular systems typically take two to four weeks from order to a fully commissioned, validated cleanroom on your site.
What
is included in the rental?
Every rental includes delivery, installation, commissioning, ISO 14644 validation, and ongoing servicing and maintenance. HEPA filter replacements, performance checks, and technical support are all covered within the rental agreement. You do not need to manage any of this separately.
What
happens at the end of the rental term?
At the end of your agreement, you have several options. You can extend the rental on the same or revised terms, upgrade to a different cleanroom system, or return the unit. If you are on a hire purchase agreement, you also have the option to purchase the cleanroom outright.
Can
I change or upgrade my cleanroom during the rental?
Yes. Our rental agreements are designed to be flexible. If your requirements change — whether you need a larger system, additional units, or different specifications — we will work with you to adjust the arrangement.
